Through various approaches—including theoretical training, hands-on practice, and hazard identification—these activities have comprehensively enhanced employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, thereby establishing a robust safety framework that supports the company’s high-quality development. The comprehensive, multi-dimensional training system has created an all-around safety protection network.
This training program adopts an innovative “theory + practice” model:
Safety Knowledge Seminar: A specially invited safety instructor will conduct two specialized training sessions, covering key safety points throughout the entire production process.
Emergency Drills: Simulated drills will be conducted for eight types of emergency situations, including fire evacuation and equipment failure.
Quick Overview of Hazards: Mobilize all employees to identify safety hazards and establish a closed-loop mechanism featuring "detection—rectification—re-inspection."
“Safety is not just a slogan—it’s the standardized execution of every single action,” said Director Zhang, director of the Production Center, after the training concluded. “Nowadays, everyone can proactively identify risks, and safe habits have become deeply ingrained, evolving into an instinctive response.”
